It was a challenge to get this number of signatures in such a short amount of time and now I'm beyond inspired by our success. Democratic action is possible. We are only at the beginning of this movement but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We are on our way! The first step is knowing the best option for this November. The second step is making sure that option is on the ballot. The third will be casting our vote.

Closing stretch... The goal is in sight!

Thanks to amazing efforts from Ty, Cami, Peter, Audrey, Ashley, Dave, and Tom, we are coming close to the requirement of 2,000 signatures! Of course we are shooting to exceed 2,000 by a large margin because we need to make sure that at least 2,000 signatures that we collect are valid, meaning that they are legible and eligible. These people are getting worn out working for hours a day getting these signatures--if you can help out and join the fun please do! We only have five more days (including today) to get signatures!

A good day at the U of U brought us another 140 signatures! Tonight Dylan and I will hit some bars and coffeehouses. Tomorrow (Saturday, Feb 4th) we will be meeting at headquarters for some canvassing training! Don't know what "canvassing" is? That's fine. We need your help to get the Utah Justice Party on the ballot!
